Below is my personal predictions on how Penn State’s Class of 2017 will finish as of now.
The list includes uncommitted recruits who have a Penn State offer or recruits that I believe have higher interest in the Nittany Lions and will eventually gain an offer.
I believe the 2017 class will end up with around 17 commits when National Signing Day comes around February 1, 2017
Again, NSD is a long way off and commitments today are just verbal. I did not list possible flips down the road in either direction.
